I think it was some kind of a test and not a part of the interiors.

Man Xwingguy this map is taking an absurd amount of time to produce almost to the point where I feel like giving up watching this thread and being suprised the day this comes out, ALMOST.
Anyways, in the spirit of being constructive, ever thought of adding another mode that uses one of the Reb Transports already modeled and just having six regular ISD's on the attack? Then you could release it as a preliminary map with not that much extra effort and then later when you have the ISD's modeled you can do the same and have the one ISD with six Reb ships on the attack. Of course the reinforcement and assault counts would have to be upped substansially but I think its a good alternative to "whens this map comming outttttt alredyyyyyyy!!!!!!!" (hehe which isnt even a question if you're keeping track), especially if its a while until the final product will be completed.

Yeah, maybe,, or he used that design as reference, let's wait until xwingguy post some info, but by the look of his plans to realease two versions, maybe the first release isn't farI think it was some kind of a test and not a part of the interiors.

Donty lose hope. This map will end up being worth the wait, just like Vyse's Hyrule map and Vyse, LB, and Teancum's Rattak map, and other maps that will or have been worth the long wait.EJMM wrote:better hope for it, cause if I don't, i think i'll most likely quit wathching the progress of the map, hope helps me to stay in track with it

Suprisingly, Rattak has been a WIP longer than this map has.
Most of the reasons this map is taking so long is because I can't put the entire map together at once. Whenever I try that, I kill the game engine and end up in a lock up that I can only escape from 40% of the time without rebooting. If I didn't need to walk on eggshells, I could finish this map in less than a week.

So you mean that if you try to play the map as a whole, the game locks up and you need to reboot? Is all the stuff for your ships on the same layer, it could be crashing if the layer is overloaded.xwingguy wrote:Suprisingly, Rattak has been a WIP longer than this map has.
