Importing MSH to XSI
I have tried importing the rebel vanguard troop into XSI. I got it to wrl, but I can only select it in object mode. So, I rotated it and exported it to .xsi. Then, when I go into ModTools 7.5 to import it, it says It failed to save scene before system failure, and at the bottom says that the file is corrupted. Can anyone help?

Use RepSharpShooter's meshtool. It converts it to an .obj correctly enough to work for scaling.

It's pretty well explained there. Not very challenging to use either.

Oh, ok thanks. I just got it to export it to obj.
Now I am just curious, because I want to keep using Blender. How come I cannot edit the player model. The script says the mesh has no faces. I am confused.

Soo... What do you want? You want to get it into XSI or into Blender? If you really really really want to use Blender, use swbfviewer and import the .wrl file. Then export from Blender as an .obj file, that's likely to be compatible.

I want to keep using Blender. When I export the model as a wrl with the SWBFViewer and then import it into Blender, it is messed up. I can't edit the model in anyway.
