I have some questions about modding. I hope someone can answer them.
1. How do you make a tunnel tat goes into a mountain? I try but it never works.
2. How do you make custom sides that actually work? I made some before but they never worked.
3. How do you put texture into water? I know how to make water but how do you load a texture into water? It always goes away when I try.
4. When skinning, could you replace a clonetrooper with a tree? I want to know this for my map that will have locals.
5. How DO you add locals? Do they need a cp?
6. How do you create new objects and doors and vehicles? Is there a program that I need?
Thats all my questions for now, and I have summarized them into one big post so that gametoast doesnt get spammed with my topics.

1. You have to use terraincutters. If you don´t know how to make them, or if you don´t want to make them, FragMe! made a set of terraincutters that are very useful. Look here http://www.gametoast.com/forums/viewtop ... 64&t=14771
2, 3, 5. They are in the FAQ thread. Custom sides work, I followed the steps and worked fine, you must be doing something wrong. I never tried adding water and locals, but I guess they work fine as they are in the FAQ thread.

How do you make teleporting things? Like when you run into it it teleports you to the other one.

If you have any further questions, before posting them I would recommend looking first through the stock documentation, then the FAQ thread, then a forum search. Most of them have been answered before.
