I have the XSI Mod Tools and the BF2 Mod Tools. I want to be able to get existing msh files into XSI, and get XSI models into msh format - without spending any money. I created this topic so that I can get ways to do this.
I've checked the tutorials and stuff, and of course have heard about bconstructor. However, it sounds like the newest version isn't working yet - could someone provide a link to the old version, if that still works for BF2?
Some more questions:
-What is the purpose of the XSI Addon file in the BF2 Mod Tools?
-I am interested in the Particle Editor, but whenever I try to run it, it says that the application has failed to start because d3dx9_25.dll was not found. How is this fixed?
Thanks for reading this far, and if you have any answers, please reply!

Almost all your questions are allready answered;
MSH to XSI - using multyselect in Zeroeeditor and saving as OBJ wich can be inported by XSI - Explained in XSI Forum
XSI to MSH(free) - Also talked a lot about in XSI forum - No legal way for it exept for begging someone else to export it and waiting for a plugin for the mod tools.
XSI Addon File - Can be used in the paid versions of XSI to be able to export to MSH. Doesn't seem to work on the mod tools.
Particle editor - Maxloef Has explained this in the BF2 modding section. Use the Search option on the bottom of the page(when in BF2 modding section). you still get an error about a "missing" file but that doesn't matter. Just follow Max's instructions

Can't do that because the XSI Mod Tools can't import OBJ files.RC-1290 wrote:you should try to learn how to search these forums.
