I never thought I'd see the day when you can be able to pick up weapons in BF2. You've done it again, Mav. I'd like to quote Darth Vader when saying "Most impressive".
If there is a tut for this when it comes out, I wonder if Sky will use it in his mod.....

Same. I'm convinced it's gonna be more epic than the two before it!
That makes so-epic-i'm-gonna-faint kinda epicness.

Very nice work (again) in making a diverce environment, while still making everything looks so.. Fitting
I mean, everything on those pics looks so serene.

Glad you noticed - color is really important in creating a unified theme, and all of the Rebel Ops maps have had a primary color (let's not nitpick here, there are several ways to define "primary") associated with them (Aquilaris was blue, Big "L" was a [very] muted red, and this is green).Jendo7 wrote:I think it's the colors of the environment, there very complimentary.

wow now thats a map
and yes the sky compliments the trees excellently.
I think i will keep that in mind, about the color theme. now that i look at it closer, your lighting is also slightly green isn't it?

hmmm...
1) Weapons being dropped by the AI is the feature of most corridor style FPS games.
2) Bakura was featured in JKA
3) those screenshots remind me on JKO somehow
so will it be a homage on Jedi Knight games?

Green? To me, the one color that stands out the most in those screenshots isn't so much green, but rather cyan.

I agree, it looks kind of... cartoonish. A little too vibrant.Taivyx wrote:Green? To me, the one color that stands out the most in those screenshots isn't so much green, but rather cyan.

Yeah, although cartoonish, it doesn't take away from the pure awesomeness!

I've only encountered Bakura when I read 'The Truce at Bakura', and this is nothing like how I imagined, but is still brilliant.
Is that a volcano, or just a mountain in your first screenshot for this page?
Nate, that's a strange drawing of a Lotad there... it's all droopy.
