Re: Clone Wars Season 4
I've never been a fan of characters miraculously returning from the dead and bringing back Maul seems redundant since we already have Savage. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't intrigued, though.

Did anyone notice that the Laat/i pilot is still Phase 1 even though the ground troops were Phase 2?

*raises hand*
It make a lot of sense actually. The men on the front line would be first priority to get new equipment, the pilots don't need the new armor as much as the guys on the ground.

Re: Clone Wars Season 4
Okay, a little late here, but I just finished watching the third episode yesterday...
The fourth episode was pretty cool.
I really enjoyed the fifth episode; it really tapped into the fantastical side of Star Wars, which is always good to see more of, similar to the Mortis trilogy. Take that, midichlorians!

My dad and I just watched episode 5. We loved this one, Gulliver's Travels and Wizard of Oz combined. We had a lot of fun with this one, one of the best we've seen. At least comedy wise, and there is some action.

I really enjoyed the latest episode. The writers did a fantastic job on the dialogue and pacing, especially when it came to the humor. Also, they really nailed the characters of C-3P0 and R2-D2.

Apparently the next episode will air on the 28th,
and it features the Besalisk Jedi with two double sabers, which I have been waiting to see since the Season 4 trailer aired.

I'm cool with it. Darth Maul was the coolest bad guy in starwars and they killed him off. Should be cool. Be nice if he clashed with Dooku for the rightful place by Sidious's side.Cerfon Rournes wrote:Darth Maul? Back from the dead?..Hidden/Spoiler:Hidden/Spoiler:

Re: Clone Wars Season 4
Filoni made it sound like Maul will have extensive use, but we'll see if that extends into next season or just a multi-episode arc in the spring.
EDIT
Interview with Dee Bradley Baker that showcases some new footage like Bossk and Cad Bane in prison garb.

Yes, I gotta say this is my favorite episode so far in the new season. Loved all the clone action. I can tell these next three episodes are gonna be epic!! Can't wait...
I really wish someone could take pics of the episode and the next three so I can put them as my desktop. That would be so awesome!!

Re: Clone Wars Season 4
Ok, so I just saw the epiosde. My review:
-Nice intro into the battle. Some good action sequences there.
-Pong Krell is a jerk. (I hope he dies)
-Rex's Phase I/II armor mix.
-Umbarans have some really strange technology.
-I didn't like how they ended the episode with a counterattack.
But other than that, it was a very interesting intro to the Umbara arc.
