Hello again. I've noticed something in the few maps I've created that the my unit has a light that brightens up everything in my line of sight. Picture the map and then imagine this bubble of "brighter" light that surrounds my character. Is this a default light that could be edited/removed?
I've burned the terrain so that isn't freakishly bright anymore, but then there's a light that comes from my character. So, how may I edit/remove this, if possible?
Thanks in advance.

Maybe a picture of some kind would help... Do you mean like a Droideka shield?

Make sure light bloom is off in the Video setup options in the game.
Modded maps don't like having that set to on.

Can you see the difference in the lighting? This is the light around my unit and it makes everything brighter. What is it?

That's strange....
I had that problem, but reversed. All the ground and textures around my character are darker than those in the distance.
Weird...

Re: Default Unit Lighting?
It could also be your ingame settings. You could give it to someone else and see if they have the problem.

Re: Default Unit Lighting?
I messed with all the ingame settings and that map I deleted because I wanted to start clean. That was a beta for my first objects. Now, I can't even play my own created maps. Read this thread for more info because I haven't gotten a reply yet xD
