I noticed on their website that they're looking for 'engineers, artists and designers', so it could be a possibility of helping them finish whatever project, maybe BFIII? Of course alongside others.
That could also be for the force unleshed 2 as they need developers for that or swbf3 which i highly doubt
I was trying to stay away from this topic but seams il have to post.
Free radicals version of the game is dead, the game we saw in the footage wont be. so all those leaked footage pics are of the old game.

Yep - I doubt there were ever any plans at all to go seamless on the PSP version, just on the next-gen ones.
And even though FR got canned from the project, I can see how their leaking the video is a ploy to get Lucasarts to pick them back up. I mean, everywhere that video got leaked everyone praised what it was. I don't think it's entirely impossible that FR (now Crytek UK) got picked back up on the game, but it's probably not likely, like others have said. If they did get picked back up, they'd still have a lot of work to do. They'd have to can the old story, which means a rewrite and recreation of new characters/story specific stuff. Not to mention optimizations.
Teancum....havent you learned yet?
Lucasarts do not listen to there fans. Free Radical are only releasing all this leaked footage to [Diet Dr. Pepper] lucasarts off. Because lucasarts made them bankcrupt. Thats the only reason they released the pic. Other wise lucasarts wouldnt be trying to get sites to remove the pic's and video
In my opinion we wont see swbf3 for a long time. Because if they are re-writing the story it will take a year, and then the levels as well. And at the moment no one knows where the game is, meaning 2 things: the game is dead OR a company is keeping it secret
Krome studios (makes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Republic Heros) could be holding the game and developing it, or any of the past studios lucasarts have worked with.
After the VGA let down, im not getting my hopes for swbf3, il only belive it when lucasarts fully announce the game.
