Man, hes not gonna get rid of the interiors now...
He barely finished those after working for god knows how long awhile ago. If you woulda caught him at an early stage, yeah maybe. But now! just no.
I'de hate to see this map set back even more.
Your map xwingguy, but may I suggest adding a poll to this temp' so that we can see what your public thinks.
(personal I would keep them)

your slapped together interiors from other maps look pretty terrible using corridors from the tantive IV and all that other jumbled together stuff
well u cant really tell how good or bad they are from a few screenshots (I say keep em...)
I dont think a poll would be nescessary because he worked so hard hes not gonna get rid of em now

One word...
REALISM!
thats what the very detailed interiors offer. What tard has all the citical systems in one room? It also makes some limited battes going on it the ship. But x-wing did go a bit extensive with them, they have around 6 rooms or something with all the halls. The the cap ships are huge! its like 8 tantives plus a space battle.

The interiors are staying. Too much of my scripting revolves around the interiors and I am by no means discouraging boarding. Even the transports will be unusually difficult to destroy since they are shielded. (I probably need to do something about that because it's getting darn near impossible to destroy them but don't worry.)

If I was to make a "battle over Endor " map id discourage boarding . Maybe even to the point of just having a hangar in the cap ships. However , the 1st thing id do is make a new hangar for Home 1 (like the movie) and maybe even model a new Home 1 altogether.
At the very least id retexture the shipped Rebel cruiser so its more white than grey .....same with the Star Destroyers.
Bwings, Lambdas and Tie Defenders wouldnt go amiss either
(according to LA , a squadren of Defenders were present at the battle over Endor)
Whilst having 60+ CP's is enough warrant of a download I just cant see how having massive interiors will make it realistic to the movie. Yes, of course all ships have massive interiors but the actual battle was all about dogfighting... nothing more , nothing less.
Whilst I agree with Minilogo , I am curious to see your adaptation and see if it stands up to the LA forums ,no doubt premature, shouts that this is 'mod of the year' etc etc .
I just hope my comp doesnt blow up or il be sending you a bill

I see, my main idea of this map was to create something more like what we expected from the game. So by creating the large interiors along with everything else I'm including it really puts the quote "Any way you want," quite literally. Endor just kinda happened to be the place to start.
Really if you don't like the interiors, you can simply ignore them when you play. The true ai characters aren't going to even be there. The interiors are instead supported by a strong turret defense and the probe droids.
...Yeah, XSI though...not really within my pocketbook.
I do want defenders, lambdas, and b wings it's just I never wanted to bother y'all until you willing to release them or I was confident enough with the map to ask you.
geeze...some of people on LA (no offense) are radical about it. But either way, we'll see what happens.
