I think that the shell.lvl is becoming close to being edited, not sure if anyone has seen this, but on Psych0fred's site he has the shell.req

I found a useful tip for relocalization. What you do is make a new project in BFBuilder, relocalizae all that is there (or copy the contents folder "Localization" from "Data" into your ModID's "_source_pc" folder), and munge. Go into _BUILD_PC and copy the munged localizations from there into the "munged" folder of the core.lvl tool BattleBelk provided. Munge a new core.lvl and hey presto - complete relocalization. It's the long way round but I might try to add a complete Localize tool to it and re-release it bundled with BattleBelk's core.lvl tool.

Battlebelks tools? were can I find them please (searched google,nothing)
