One or more of my units make the map go bye-bye.

Seems like it misses some HUD elements, for now I try to find out which unit it is.

If it's just the sides causing the trouble, you could create a new, blank map and test the sides in that (or you could just have the blank map's lua use a stock map, which would save having to munge the world entirely). That should be faster than having to remunge Point Rain over and over.

EDIT: Just finished munging my test map which uses the same principle as above. It took two minutes, and that's with all the sides I've ever made that I still have in the Sides folder, and on a rather slow computer.

Nice idea, but since my PC munges fast enough, and the map itself is munged full, I only need to munge the sides every time.

You might want to change the sound. It's the CIS sniper rifle at the moment. Also, the beam comes from the Geonosian's head in the odfs I have. Is/can that be fixed?

I know, and it isn't/can't be fixed. :(

A quick model I made, using parts from DarthD.U.C.K.'s factory.
It's gonna be my first model by me I will use in a map, hope it will turn out good

In case you can't recognize: It's the geonosian shield generator. :P

Nice! But I remember it was devided in floors(Not a rock structure with little base on the top)... Well nevermind :D ! Still awesome and now it reminds more of the episode! Looks like waiting a bit more is finnaly compensating!

Glad you like it even though it isn't 100% accurate (My models will never be, I always have my personal touch to 'em)

Finished modelling a new prop/possibly autoturret for the map, now need to texture it >.<

Credits to Pandemic for a few parts (seat, screen and legs)
The rest was done by me
Hope you like it. :)

So we've gone from 'polishing' to 'making brand new models'. :D

If it's an autoturret how does it rotate?

If it will, then only up and down.

(it's supposed only as eye-candy when shooting the passing-by Laats)

Still falls under "polishing" category in my book :P

Not much of an AA gun if it can't turn. Maybe a missile cannon...

 luch a big canonery and you can kill it with a simple sniper or all other sides
