Let me be the first to welcome you to Gametoast, Trid3nt, even if you have been here a while, which kind of makes this pointless... so um... yeah.
I hope you know how to use portals x-wing, because with this many different assets, so many command posts and more than normal units on the battlefield, it is really going to lock up my computer. I have to say though, you are incredible at the interiors creation. I just wonder how they look in the transitions (say, between a hanger and the tantive corridors, or a polis massa hanger, etc.). Keep up the great work.

O my goodness, xwingguy!!! Maybe it is said a million times before, but this map will let me love space maps
! This is seriously a very cool map! First i didnt even went to this topic, cause it was a space map, how wrong was i
.
But i do have a question, doesnt this map become too big, and because of that unplayeble. Cause if u plan to put the interior of one cap ship in all, i think it will. (sorry if this is asked before, but its just impossible to read all the comments at this topic)
Anyway: I ABSOLUTELY CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS MAP!!!!!

The default mode for this map will end up being a conquest-spaceassualt most likely with space assualt displays but with a conquest win/lose senario. It might be either gain a certain amount of points or to keep reinforcements, or it could be neither. Nasty amount of script writing will need to go into that.
AI...I haven't gone too much into that yet. Flyer Spline Paths must be done but I don't know how far into the ships I'll let the AI go. Local sides that "appear" to be part of an actual team (like a local side of nothing but Rebel Marines that protect the interior) could be a solution. But that all depends on how much I want to put into planning.
Portals and sectors...easy stuff. Just takes forever to do.
In my own innovation I've thought of something of my own. How is one supposed to know when the interior of your ship is being attacked? The solution: these red, blue, and green signs.

Eventully, in most rooms you'll find an array of these signs, each corrosponding to a critical system.
Green means the internal system is in optimal condition.
Red means the critical system has been damaged from the INSIDE NOT THE OUTSIDE!
Blue means it has been destroyed, don't even bother about it.

i really look forward to this map like all the rest of the people here, and i have an idea for you to add on to it
here's a complete action sequence on some rebel special soldiers boarding a imperial supply ship.

These rebels soldiers are like rebel commandos or marines or saboteurs i dunno really... just think they're cool, and you might find them useful for your incredible map if someone is willing to actually make or reskin an accurate model
and there's a rebel transport boarding ship thing, or as i like to call it the millenium at-te!
