A very Yaviny map. Terrain texture will be big if you wish it not to be like that. But of course, you know that. I was just masking my question behind those words. So to come out truthfully, is it going to be Yaviny?
You should really make more texturechanges to the ground... now all i can see is rock rock and a bit other things... other than that it looks good, but you should add more objects like rocks and trees to make it more realitic. keep it up!
All that it really has to have is a difference in textures. If you want it to look rocky get some other rocky textures from other maps or have a few of a same texture but different sizes and at different angles, and maybe some blended terrain (not so steep of hills)
Well it's not gonna be a yaviny map for sure, yavin has just usable destroyed houses and stuff. And yes i could make a tunnel if i just knew how to turn objects. This is still my first work though. And no trees, they don't fit in there, i already tryed. But i also wanted to make those Kamino walkways up the huge mountain in the first pic, so for the snipers. I also may add some Kashyyyk stuff to it. But how do i add those rep capital ships?
You dont know how to rotate? poor guy Select the object you want to rotate and press and hold "z" and press and hold the midle mouse button, move the mouse in any direction, and there you go!
Looking good! Like veryone else said, make more terrain variation, do what Bandu said for the hils, and add crashed cruisers. To get them go to C:\BF2_ModTools\space_template\Worlds\@#$ and then to the odf and msh folders to get the files that you need.
Thanks but i already got it from someone now. Ok i added craters, crashed gunship and crashed at-te (they already where in but i guess no one noticed) added rocks, rotated objects. I think you can expect a beta release soon .
