Hey all I dunno if any of you remember me I was a lazy modder that never got anything done. I've been wanting to try modding again, but I deleted modtools and the one on filefront does not work for reasons I cannot understand. It downloads fine, but it doesn't show it as an .EXE and I can't run it. Can anyone help/provide me with a different link?

just add ".exe" to the end of the name
