how come when ever i spawn in one of my ships i die? I've tried fixing it many times, i've set up a region, i've layed out a path and i DO have a CP with accurate settings on it

With the exception of someone else having the exact same problem, there is no real way to help you with the information given. You basically say "I have this problem, but I did everything right," which in and of itself is contradictory. Post an error log.
