How does one get the hangar space vo working?

You know the stuff that you hear in the space hangars...

Example:

"Second stage pilots on deck!"

I've tried various things and nothing has worked...need some help on this one.

It's probably in the LUA or the scripting...have you looked there?

And it so happens that the devs "forgot" to send us the shipped space maps. All we got are the scripts...

i think it has something to do with a sound region.

I know that...I've tried a lot of combos with that but I need someone who knows specifically what kind of sound region and what parameters to use.
