Has anyone ever tried adding pick-up-able weapons to SWBF? I was thinking that if one turned,say, the t-21 into a 'low profile' vehicle, that would almost seamlessly emulate a pick-up-able weapon. The vehicle would have speed and maneuverability capabilities that the units do.
drawback: I'm 99% sure that while using a pickupable weapon that a unit would seem to be floating through the air sitting down.

That, I believe, is not in the power of any of the modders. Oh well, maybe this might spark the imagination of the makers of SWBF II on how to use pick-up-able weapons with the SWBF engine.

besides the floaty, i had thought of this many times. ya, just make it a vehicle with same movement speeds/turning and it'd work, but u'd have to make grenades a secondary weapon and if they left the weapon w/ zero nades theyd stil have sum when they leave it.

Or, since there is no room in their pack for the extra weapon, they must put it down to acces thier other guns.
