i want to give a soldier a bunch of primary and secondary weapons. how do i set it to, say example= 5 primary weapons. how would i do that?? the weaponchannel thing is kinda confusing on how it works.

you cannot have more than 4 weapons

you CAN give him more than 4 weaps. you only have to make it 1 number more than the last one. if it should be secondary, add WeaponChannel = number if primary, no weapon hcannle...i think, im not at my pc, so i cant try/look

And have you tested this?

with my expiriences i was only able to get 4

if you want lets say a 4th wep in a troop with 3 weps, copy the weaponammo3, weaponname3,and weaponchannel3(only for secondary) lines and rename them to have 4 at the end

Weapon limit is 4. However, there is no limit within this as to how many primary/secondary weapons there can be. You could set the unit up to have only primary weapons, or only secondary.

im sorry, youre right, you can only have 4 weapons, when i read that i was on another pc, so i couldnt look. i had a mod with 3 primary weapons and only 1secondary. so i thought, that it is possible to add more secondarys. i only could remember that i always got lost in the many weapons. didnt mod sides for a long time.
