the spha-t looks nice.... but i'm wondering what do you want to fight it against? compared to its size the soldiers are like ants and the at-te's like bugs... and the laser tower won't be able to aim at the bottom :? so it only could hit flyers or enemies standin on mountains ...

maybe make the core ship destructable and animate it so it flies and when it's health is gone it falls back and crashes or make it a vehicle that can only fly up and it explosion casues it to crash

That's what I was asking, Dymon. The comment about symmetry was aimed at YankFan. I thought he was suggesting the SPHA-T was symmetrical where as far as I know, it is not.

they should have told us where the other personnel lasers are. We can only see ONE personnel laser. but at least thats one gun that can directly point down to fire at the infantry. how about applying that special ATTE drop-off LAAT to the map. they could come in some squadron and land the attes at the area at the frontlines. don forget dwarf spider droids

But bots don't really know how to drive a vehicle....they tend to ram their vehicle into enemy heavy fire and never wanted to get out of it. And if the player drives but never get the chance to shoot, the bot will just shoot at nothing until it overheats. The SPHA-T will be useless if this happens.

i think they would serve better as CPs then vehicles. you could attach an invisible auto turret ontop of the gun that fires a beam up into the sky at a core ship as well.

If you do that, I'd say it's better to make the arm it'self an autoturret, so it moves(slowly).

i still wonder how you want to manage to get that amount of troopers on battlefield....because geonosis with 500 is boring ;) if you add MANY fog it could turn out good although :)

Good news guys , the SPHA-T has no collision problems. I have tested it as a prop :wink:

There usually are no problems as long as the thing stands still. The problems that we summarised only occur when the vehicle starts moving.

I tought about that too, but the yellow is from the Geonosis enviroment. It's really the dust you see.
