Water Problems

Post by FOOLIS »

I added water to my map but something is wrong.

It looks like this ingame :

Image

Some parts of the water disappear from time to time(2) or they get another texture/colour(1)

Thanks

What height is your ground in relation to the water? They shouldn't be at exactly the same height.

How much higher? It looks like the ground is peeking up through the water in your pic.

To me it looks like water 'tiles' are overlapping each other, or not connected to each other.. But I think that is basicly impossible..

yea i don't think the water can over-lap. can you notice the water "bobbing" or moving up and down so-to-speak? i know in ZE there's a parameter to control that, so even if you place it above ground level its probably still possible for it at a point to be higher or lower than what you intend it to be.

you could also for the sake of trial and error remove all water and try replacing it all.
