Error: Station LaunchPAD wont connect

Post by Hawksolo »

Well I've just installed my copy of Star Wars Galaxies, and well, I keep getting the message the Station LaunchPAD wont connect.

How do I fix this? Is this a serious problem?

hehe I'll let you live. :D

Anyways, I've never played SWG, but I'm pretty sure that means your droids can't connect with the station's launchpad, so you're stuck there.

Holy crap that was lame...

Seriously, though, here's something I found (Googled) (Not sure if it's helpful):

Some routers have firewalls built into them.

You can access the firewall\router options by punching 192.168.1.1 into your address bar.

By default, the Username is either admin or administrator, and the password is password

You should not turn the firewall completely off, but just lower it to the "low" setting (worked for me when SWBF servers were being blocked...)
