RE: not fair
Did I get the wrong LVL_PC? I downloaded it like you said, when it was too bright, I removed it and then installed it again, but it still didn't work.

Re: not fair
try messing with your light settings. there is a couple of areas where the ground is white with snow but most of it is either rocky or greenish and scortched tundra.Lanahka wrote:My ground is blinding white, but it looks like (fromn the screenshots) it's supposed to be brown and gray...

Only one word: Insane.
This map is even better than the cage map, especially when you're the jettrooper, throw an orbital right under you, and then try to evade the incoming orbital strikes.
The hail of hailfire missiles compared to the rain of blaster bolts from TX-130s looks even rather accurate to star Wars canon.
Continue like this. Maybe the next map could combine the "crazy jumping action" from Boras II and the fascinating incredibly sophisticated sides.

Has anyone tried this multiplayer yet???
Has anyone out there tries Realm of Chaos in multiplayer yet?? Also, does anyone know of any dedicated servers hosting it for multiplayer?
I love this mod.. Its so much fun to just annihilate people using pretty much any of the weapons. Da mine chucka, Rapid fire rocket launcher, the crazeee AT-TE, and last but not least the boeing bomb (which is WAY too overpowered, but hilarious to watch your killz go through the roof)
If there are going to be any revisions made to the map, and it hasn't already been done, I think multiplayer is an absolute must.. Although I think you might have to tone down the Boeing bomb a WEE bit, or make that character class not quite so accessible to the masses (put a cap on how many can be on screen at once)

RE: Has anyone tried this multiplayer yet???
multiplayer does work online, however it is glitchy, and some computers might be able to host it, and those that can might have crashing issues. For a future version this problem will be fixed. however boeing bomb and character class access will not change.

You don't possibly think that 10 characters running around with boeing bombs might be a tad too much??? It would definitely give new meaning to CHAOS, but it would be almost impossible to play (what with all the screen shake etc)For a future version this problem will be fixed. however boeing bomb and character class access will not change.
Oh well... I look forward to a bug-free multiplayer version..
keep up the good work. This map completely rocks, and its one that I find myself constantly playing..

Ai dont use the boeing bomb (all that i know) only players can use it, and yes it does get a bit hectic with several boeing bombs going off at once but thats the whole point. if you want an idea of how i first made them, they were so powerful they overloaded the game's memory and i had to tone them down to only 50 strikes at a time

RE: Re: The Realm of Chaos RELEASED!!!
Ahhh. lol.
This is a fun map...
The Vox Trooper especially...
True, the skins (especially rebel) aren't amazing, but the weapons are so fun.
It's alot of fun to use the Vox trooper to take out a rebel AT-TE and get away without dieing. (With FF on) (Try dropping mines on it
)
Nice work, it doesn't remind me that much of Rouge Clones for SWBF1, but it's awsome in itself.
