Need help with Custom Skins!

Hey, I was trying to put some of my skins ingame but it never works, it comes up with no textures at all, like this:

I was wondering if anyone could possibly help me using "Detailed Step by Step" instructions..

I was wondering, if u tryed the tutorial I gave u to do this and this is what happened ? If it is I will try to make an easier explaimed tut. for u

Has your skins been converted to TGAs?

It's because either the odf isn't reading the right texture tga or else it's something to do with the actual .tgs itself
