What game should I get for my Wii first?
I already have Wii Sports and it is pretty boring after, like, two games! I need to know what games I should get!

Depends what you're looking for. A multiplayer game? A single player game?
For single player, I'd hafta say get either Elebits, Red Steel (many people said it wasn't very good), or Excite Truck, though I've never played any of those, so I wouldn't know.
For multiplayer, get either WarioWare(I reccomend it), Wii Play(It's a good game, but gets boring), or Red Steel(Never played it

Really? I had a blast playing it. Much funner doing motions to do super powers than pushing a button. by motions i mean up,down, left, right, etc. If you're a Marvel fan get. If your looking for a singleplayer game M:UA is a great one. Just don't play it with friends who don't care about the story and you have yet to beat it.Teancum wrote:Marvel: Ultimate Alliance (but if you have a different console I'd get it on that--I've heard that it's not as fun on the Wii)

Try Rayman - Raving Rabids - lots of mini games, multiplayer action, and its a blast.
Unlike WarioWare:Smoothmoves (Which I think is meant for people with severe Attention Deficit Disorder - and who have run out of Ritalin!), Rayman actually has a story, and the mini games are quite a bit more engaging - they aren't 5 second MINI-minigames..
The humor is very tongue in cheek, the gameplay is frantic, and it's an all around decent game.
Excite Truck is a decent game (better than I thought it would be originally), but it IS just a driving game - nothing really more to it other than stunts. For a better driving game I'd try Need For Speed Carbon. If you're looking for something else in a driving game, I've heard that Monster 4x4 World Circuit is supposed to be pretty decent (though I can't say I've played it). You can play soccer using the trucks to push around a huge soccer ball, and there are other mini games - enough to keep it exciting anyways for a while. (AND it comes with that little steering wheel attachment).
You can't go wrong with the Medal of Honor series, and although I haven't tried Splinter Cell for the Wii yet, I imagine it would be quite good.

Ok, I wont be all "OMFG U ARE SH00d BuY <game name> D00d!!!"
I highly recommend The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess, I got it for christmas without having it on my wishlist, and it was my first Zelda game EVER(yes, shame on me), I didnt like it in the start since there where so much talking and such, but afet a while i got my weapons and kept going a bit more happy, things happened and i got to my first dungeon, and after that i was hooked.
Really, you should buy Twilight Princess and have fun with it, the world in there is HUGE once you get the ability to explore it all.

Hm... how about Sonic and the Secret Rings? It got mixed reviews, but it's apparently one of the best 3D Sonic games out there; it's all about speed for once.
But of course, you have to get Zelda
. I would have liked the motion-sensing to play a bit more of an active role because after a while it becomes the same as tapping a button, but it's still a brilliant game nonetheless. As of now I've played through the game 3, 4 or 5 times; it never gets old
.

What's wrong with Sonic? It actually got some good reviews. I'm thinking of getting it.

Ugh indeed. Sonic has fallen into the Great Pit of Vapidity (The sarlacc's brother, who digests bad games for 1000 years.)
Anywho, Joe. I'd get...
1. Twilight Princess. One of the bast games ever. Period.
2. LOZ Ocarina of Time off the virtual console. Best game ever period.
3. Warioware (funny) Rabbids (plungers) or wait tight for Brawl (pummalage)
Oh, yeah. In the poll, you spelled Elebits wrong. Just thought I'd point that out.
