hey, you never know. Some girls pose as guys on forums to get respect. (don't know why, they are just as good as us (wife sitting next to me... ) seriously, sad part is some guy pose as girls. I don't want to know why.) Back to the task at hand. There should be a place to send nominees with a reason for their selection. There should also be criteria for the selection process.

My escuse is the fact that i can help people with starwars facts, and i post opionions. The hall of shame would have lots of hurt feelings with it... so that would not work. The people in hall of fame should be either a mapper,moddler,scripter,side-maker,helper/tech person, person who shows opionons of maps ofton, or a helper to the community here at gametoast.

This is starting to look like the emmys. Maps and mods are the easiest. when you get into the other stuff, then you pretty much have to have the individual teams make notice of them (like credits section in their addon). Starts really getting harder when you talk about posters. Can't go by amount of posts because a lot of times we BS on the board. Can't go by wealth of info because some people pointout what was already said and it helps the person out at the time (Don't know how many times I answered how to make sides, I know of twice and it has been mentioned way too many times.) Some people have great ideas, just taking a while to develop. I know of a certain mod project that has spanned forums and is actually the talk of the town. Sad part is, high demand (everyone wants it), low productivity (little members and most still learning. Got to admit, they are at least dedicated and have heart.), and very little help (talking about outside) is what is hurting the project now. So if this is to be done right, it needs rules to be fair. Maybe a review board? If it goes that route, than the individuals themselves cannot be nominated, but should be mentioned. Community Voting? If people can avoid voting for themselves and their friends for personal reasons then that would work, but that is a lot of votes to include and very hard to regulate at this point. So the actual problem haunting this project is deciding on who gets to be included, who doesn't, and why.
