Anyways, i really think dagobah will rock. I don't care if nothing happened there, as long as its a god and fun map.

Edit: Was naboo encounter wasn't a batlle. Neither was Geonosis: Arrival. So...

I remember that the evil tree in dagobah apeared because yoda fought some Darksiders there: keyword darksiders. It was in the old republic when some noncomformers(I guess you could call them rebels) got all mad and started busten out the big guns at dagobah. THere's your battle, Jabba

Geonosis Arrival is supposed to be the actual Battle Of Geonosis.

: there is a huge battle when the clones arrive - but no battle in the first 20 minutes in the Arena

I'm pretty sure that I saw some Jedi with the clones when they had AT-TEs and were attacking the CIS's army and core ships.

yeah, there were jedi, but if U saw correctly, only about 10-15 jedi survived the arena battle. If I were you I'd keep the bothan and get rid of the wookiee, replacing him with a human.

LOL, Jabba, they kinda got you good.

As for Naboo, a battle could have happened there...actually, a battle did happen, LOL.

And, I am not being strictly to the books, battles can be made up, but it has to be possible, the planet cannot be involved in something else at the time, etc. Like, no more battles on Endor, as no more really could have happened. We saw how they celebrate on Endor.

I've seen the movie, but still, your map isn't all facts. And naboo enocunter never really happened. Anyways, you do stick to the facts too much. Hope this next map isn't huge, but more close combat instead of vehicle fighting.

cheers fruity, Dagobah is under construction as we speak, plenty happened there prior to Lukes arrival in Ep 5 so it'll involve that (still GCW era though). I don't want to get off topic here so if there are any request for what you'd like to see in the map just send me a message.

As for battles and rules.. well the only battles that ever took place are the ones in the movies.. or mentioned in the movies, expanded universe and books etc.. are made by people other than lucas to complement the films, this should apply to maps so anything should be allowed, as long as era's, technology etc... don't clash. Who's to say there wasn't once a clone war on endor?

Majin, I have attemted to make a D-Day map, but didn't really get anywhere! I had some guidlines from someone, but I made too much of it before testing, and to my downfall it was 5 times as big as it should have been!! So I gave up, but if you want to see my ideas: they are here:
