Galactic Conquest Map with Proper Clone Legions?
I'm new to this forum and I was wondering if there was a mod that changes galactic conquest to have proper clone legions on it? Eg Utapau 212th ect? [This is not a mod Request]

Nope - as Galactic Conquest scripts borrow from Instant Action scripts any mods that do that would break online compatibility. That's likely the reason nobody's ever done it (among other reasons).

Yes but he wants different sides for each map which would break compatibility.

Compatibility with what? Isn't GC singleplayer? just make custom sides as in any era mod, use those sides in new scripts, and use those scripts for the GC missions.
I've tried to make a Custom GC using my era mod, and had partial success, but not enough to finish it yet.

Unless you use your custom scripts which don't have to be Conquest or in IA at all. Mav's DT2 GC did this.

It is possible, but no one has done it. Teancum is right in that simply modding the game scripts isn't enough. To get it working without breaking MP, you'll need to mod Galactic Conquest from within the shell to use different map scripts.
For a stand alone mod without requiring v1.3, one would need the new sides and copies of the original mission scripts slightly modded to use the new sides. Next, this mod's addme.lua will have to replace the spaceMission and planetMission tables with the new mission script names. Replacing those tables from the addme isn't as simple as it sounds, but it's doable.
To see a version of those tables, look at Shell/scripts/ifs_freeform_init_cw.lua
