Ok, I want to change the color of the Fambaa Shield right. so I re-skin the .tga file but it says I can't save the changes on it. SO I try to open the effect file in PE but it doesn't come up as anything in PE.
How can I change the color?

Just throwing things out, but is the tga set to read-only?

It might be. How could I find out?

Right click on the file --> Properties

It's properties in english, right?
