I actually forgot where I got it. I'm pretty sure it was
DevianArt.com , I looked and I couldn't find it again. Search/Browse around there and you'll find it.

XP is not bland. Try out the Royale Noir or the Zune theme.

I have both of those but I just don't like the how the buttons are and there are so few really nice XP themes. I use to to use the Royale Noir theme but my only complaint against it was I didn't like how the Start Menu was black (green when you click on it), it would make it a whole lot better if it was blue. I know kinda a stupid excuse but oh well I like this one better
