Access is Denied on Winrar

I just got my sister's laptop, and when I try to open a zip file, I get a popup that says "cannot create [file] Access is denied."

Sorry for any typos, the keyboard is insenstive so I have to pound the keys.

Are you an admin? Try opening it with admin priveliges, although i've never had an issue with privileges myself. Also, it might be worth changing to 7-zip as its free, more powerful, and really easy to use.
