Possibilities for modding

I'd just like to know if any of these ideas are possible in SWBFII modding;

1. 3-faction space & ground battles that allow you to play all 3 sides
2. A bribe or force corrupt ability that allows the player (or A.I.) to convert an enemy A.I. to the side of the user
3.To change a vehicle, such as the hailfire droid
4. 3 factions in a custom Galactic Conquest that each take turns

@Admins: I'm sorry if this doesn't go here but I don't know where else to put it.

For the 3rd question I accidentally didn't type what I wanted to say:
"Is it possible to change a vehicle to a playable or non-playable unit"?

More than two factions has been done (by [RDH]Zerted), but it's extremely involved. The short answer is that for anyone but the most experienced of modders it's not really possible.

Well, actually, you could force a player into a vehicle on spawning via LUA as shown in this thread, but unfortunately you would be able to exit the vehicle and the AI would probably leave the vehicle immediately, but if you did it the way as shown in the thread I linked to you wouldn't have to do any editing of ODF and REQ files at all, unless of course you wanted to change the vehicle itself. :wink: Also for the three faction space thing you could do the two selectable teams and a local team with the other faction.

*Imagines a huge space battle with 9 different factions* :runaway: :P
