That skin reminds of the one from the weird sides mod - wanted or unwanted ?
Anyway, the first screenshot could be a promo photo for the clone army, if the blue visor on the jettrooper could be fixed, as well as the sniper's blue kama.
And the terrain needs far more shape, hills and stuff. But the juggernaut is perfectly presented.

The final? I have no idea.

It's done when It's done. Blizzard (for example) always stuck to this idea, and they only made absolutely really great games.

Oh, just when I sorted my maps yesterday, I ran over RDL, installed it again and got caught playing again.

So, everything in the first post is actually new material? Now that's a good omen, because I really like the content provided. I'm just worrying about two things: First, that you forget old virtues (like the fine reskins and the level of detail provided: At the moment, the terrain is stretched so much that it looks worse than a pile of bantha podoo), and second, that you ignore what you promised: Including the Lava Beasts.

Yeah, I put those in the original, but they started causing problems, so I removed them. If you really want them in there, I'll put them in.

I'll try to fix the "stretched terrain" as soon as possible.

My suggestion: Reskin the strips on the Correllian Corvette and the DCS to be either black or red. Just makes it look better, the blue sticks out like a sore thumb in the screens. Looks great though!

Updated first post TO DO and DONE lists.

Also, for those of you who played the first version, should I keep those sides or make new ones?

I'd like to keep them, because there's no reason to replace them: They looked cool, they were balanced, they were free of bugs, they allowed proper gameplay. So why should anyone think about doing them again?

Oh, I'm glad you plan not to forget the death regions this time.

Nice. Very nice. You might want to consider changing the terrain a bit; it looks a bit plain with only texture and colour throughout the whole map. Also, blend the mountains slightly; the texture on them has a really stretched look.
