hi i just downloaded the mod tools for my vista x64 (home premium) but when i try to open them it gives this error: the application cant be run because binkw32.dll cant be found.
can someone please help? i cant run zeroeditor neither it gives this: (the path to zeroeditor) this application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unsusual way... WTF does that mean!?
please help im new with modding (very very new)

1. binkw32 (or whatever) is in your gamedata folder. To get the debugged version of BF2 to work, (that's what it is) copy the app. to your LucasArts/Star Wars Battlefront II/Gamedata folder and run it from there.
2. With the runtime error, it might be your video card. I had a ATI Radeon XPress and I updated it and it worked afterwards.
And can someone add a tut like this to the Everything you Need thread? I have answered this here and on FF like 7 times....

Go to C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData or where ever your Battlefront II is installed and copy the Binkw32 ddl from there to your modtools folder.

Your supposed to put modtools in game data, not copy any files from it

You don't really need it, but the easiest (I think) is just copying it to Gamedata.
