More Clone skins - 3 Legions released!

Quite a few new clone skin threads appearing now

Once the mod tools were released I went straight to work on some new clone legions. After a few days struggling to find a way to get my skins in the game I can finally see them in action

.

The base clone skin is a merging of a few of the standard skins...plus I added some extra carbon scoring.

Top row - Gree and Cody. Bly and Deviss without their cloth and harnesses.

Bottom row - Clone Shock Troopers, 212nd Attack Battlion, Made up legion, and I think the last one was a possible pattern for the films but never used.

I still need to adjust a few of them...now that I can see them on the model. I'll also need to put legion colours on the other classes.

Wow, nice. Those are some high-quality skins. Any chance you'll be releasing them? They'd be very useful in some soon-to-come maps some people may be doing.

That's not so easy to do. I can't just tell you how to skin. I'd have to make a long post with a lot of text and example pics

These would be great for a mod that replaces the default skins on some maps. Like the red troops on Mustafar, the 212th (orange) on Utapau, etc... I'm still in shock.

EDIT 2: You should work to luasarts/pandemic as skinner! Now you are the best skinner for me!

Let me see if I can't find a unit model that would work better for Bly. Stay tuned.

*edit* Add this line, just below [Properties] in your trooper's odf for Bly and Deviss

ClothODF = "rep_inf_ep3sniper_cape"

Also, Bly's yellow needs to be just a bit more dull.

Have some more done.

Gree style classes ( same body-diff helmets ) and some more class skins for the Shock Troopers.

It's really cool to see a bunch of camouflage clones running around a map

Yep all the same models. I had to skin the visor onto Cody's helmet.

PLEASE can you give me your commander cody(skin)???

When I finish off the rest of the 212nd Batallion...Cody will be in the pack with them.

as everyone else has said... WOW! those are awesome. Now for some criticism... You say you skinned the visor onto cody, but in the movie Bly has goggles on his helmet ( though hes not using them) i was wondering if you will be skinning that on? Great work though keep it up

on that link theres a picture of Bly with the goggles i was talkin about, oh and Bly also has a cape. Not to rush you or anything just suggestions and i know you started only a few days ago, not to sound pushy or anything. (just wondering if you could add those in...)

I think you'd actually have to...umm, model that piece on, but, yea, that'd be an awesome clone.

hehe Remake felucia and make Bly the Hero instead of Aayla maybe. And make the troopers look like his troopers. (if possible put the pauldrons on them and bly) That'd be very awesome.
