Well the first one is pretty good. Nothin fancy but nothin looks bad. Very nice drawing. However the second one isn't so good. The red seems hastly done and was created with a spray type brush. The helmet lacks detail and the color of the face is different from the color of the top of his head. On the up side though it is creative and fresh (something that should be encouraged)
Just to be constructive and nothing is wrond with the spray (I'm also not sure what tool you are using) but use a solid brush type instead of a blurred/spray paint style
the red part should (in my opinion of course) look similar to this:
this has little blurring on the edges and the color edges are very sharp
This would be an example of blurring:
Also keep in mind that your skins were ingame while mine are not. So the texture detail are going to be different depending on settings.

Ok that pic was not done by me but a friend who is helping with my clone wars mod, he does skinning as well that is very good. He is also know as STV-### on here(i don't know what number) i was just seeing if i could get his pic up onto the site as an avatar but it was too big. just compare his pic and what i changed in paint shop pro. here is the original pic:
JK', here are pictures displaying real Clone Scuba Troopers...
The one RDST posted earlier basically shows a new "Clone Trooper's Concept", which is purely fictional...
Talking of that, would you be ready to provide a few of your custom textures converted into the Targa file-format, RD' ? (Indeed, I have to admit playing with Star Wars Battlefront units using them has always been rather enjoyable...)
And, the pictures I posted were completly fictional, however in my drawings I always do research before I start. Another thing If I ever photoshop it, I planned to make him have purple markings (never seen that before).
