Zero editor won't start [Solved]

Recently i download the swbf2 mod tools, and everything worked fine until i tried to open Zero editor then it acts like it will start shows the pandemic screen then says this"zeroeditor.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

if any one could help that would be great
