How to set up instant spawn on a server?

Anyone know how to enable instant spawn on a dedicated server?

Possibilities:
-A modified .exe file
-A lua code
-A Hex edit
-A cheat engine file

Any ideas?

I know that SWGO does that sort of thing, and apparently it works. I don't condone it, but hey, whatever.

NO decompiling and modifying is not illegal as long as you are in germany

But i think its better to not discuss things like this on a us server
