Hi-Fi Gran Turismo PS2

Well, I was looking through the options in Gran Turismo 4, and I found an option to turn the video into 16:9. I thought, huh, and I tried it, but the game said that I needed component cables. So we went to the local Circut City and picked up some, and hooked them up to the back of our HDTV, and HOLY CRAP!!!!

The game looks 30 million times better than it did on regular OEM cords. I also noticed on the back of the package that it was compatible with the xbox, and that the xbox has more hi-def games than the PS2 (which, only has one, which is GT4) So most people may already know about this, but I promise that these component cables make a world of difference. If anyone else has done this, or has done this for the xbox, chime in!

Hm, I wonder if these will be available for the Wii. I sure hope so...

Bah. I've played Forza, and I have to admit that the game is awesome, but I've only got the PS2, and will only get te 360 when Halo 3 comes out.

@Dohnutt-If the Wii uses the same connector as the PS2 and Xbox, then, yeah, it should work:if they make any 1080 games for it.

Sorry for all the questions, but where can I find this info? I googled "PS2 Specs" and "Wii Specs", and found both, but I have no idea what "spec" I'm looking for

Well, you might have to wait for pices of the connectors to be 100% sure, but I doubt that they would vary the connectors from the GC to the Wii.

If you mean are those the ones I use for my GameCube, then no.

Oh well, I'm sure the graphics will be good anyways.
