How i can mirror an object?

As in? Duplicate symmetrically?

Or the Symmetry mode?

???sorry im not understanding
i made a hand and an arms, now i want to mirror the hand because i cant attach a duplication of the left hand to the right arm

Try using symmetrize polygons, it is under the modify polygon tab. Basically select all the polygons of the hand for example and do symmetrize a pop up box will come up which will allow you to choose which plane to use x,y or z and the distance from the original polys.
