Hi i lwas wondering wether you could spare the time to tell me how you made that COOL mission select flythro' video?

Yes the documentaion makes it clear what to do.
To save space i used folling settings for my animated still videoclip: 320,240,15fps, 200000bps and the other entries from the doc.
So i was able to produce a 2,6MB small videoclip.
I tried it with a real videoclip before and it was about 17MB big! So i decided to use animated still.
