Is it possoble to enlarge the platforms on Kamino? If possible I'd really appreciate any help on how to do it.

RE: Enlarging Kamino Platforms?
The only way to make props, like the platform, larger is to manually build one in XSI. I'm pretty sure the only thing that is enlarge-able are the character skeletons.

Wrong!
In your [msh name here].msh.option, put -scale 1.5 (makes it 1.5x bigger)

No, using '-scale 0.5' would make it half as big though. Maybe you can use negative numbers, though I've never tried it.

A negative number wouldn't work, as scale is a float. But you could use -scale .75 to make the object 3/4 of it's original size.Pereza0 wrote:Is then posible to shrik them by doing this: - scale -1.5 ?
Also, if you want to change some models up, you can put -lefthanded in the .option file and it will mirror the model, changing things a bit.

Re: RE: Enlarging Kamino Platforms?
I'm pretty sure that if you did that, the game would flash "No divide by zero" and then create a black hole where the platform should be.Pereza0 wrote:Is then posible to shrik them by doing this: - scale -1.5 ?
And your other question - keep in mind, each game mode uses a different set of command posts, so when you want to delete command posts, you need to change from the "[BASE]" layer to the "CONQUEST" (or whichever gamemode you're modifying) layer. It's at the top of the screen in ZE. Those command posts you want to delete, you delete the same way you would delete any other component to a map in ZE (by clicking on it then pressing "delete"), but you have to remember command posts have multiple components. There's a CP object (the little holoprojector that is at the center of the CP), (usually) a control region and a capture region, and a spawnpath. For further questions, I believe the "Getting Started" document has a fairly descriptive section on adding or removing command posts.

That made me think of an awesome weapon. Picture this. A gun that takes 5 seconds to charge and only works if it strikes a head shot. The projectile it fires has a messed up command on it so right before it hits a small box comes up around the player within its own sector with portals applied and so basically when it smacks a player it crashes his game to desktop. Ooh, the fun that would be..I'm pretty sure that if you did that, the game would flash "No divide by zero" and then create a black hole where the platform should be.
