Demo Version Question

I know this is sort of a dumb question, and I am planning to get the retail version soon, but I am wondering if mods work with the demo version of BF2142?

If someone could let me know it would be a great help! :lol:

I was looking around and D/Led some mods and tried and it didn't work but please let me know if any of you find out anything.

There aren't really any worthwhile mods for 2142 in general right now, I am waiting for the FS mod, and WH40k mod...

The Star Wars First Strike mod looks cool, even though I don't have BF2142.

Also, if I'm not mistaken mods can only work on the demo if it is created for the demo.
