Where are these settings?

Post by Grapple »

I cant find where the different health types are, like droid, vehicle, and such. Does anyone know where it is?
I also am wondering where music is stored.

I am also wondering where i go to make lightsabers more powerful.

1. you can find the healthtypes in the unitodfs, they are used in weaponodfs to determinate how much damage the weapons do on the different unittypes.
2.the sounds are stored in lvl files in battlefronts lvl_pc\sounds folder, you can only load soundstreams and modify them, its impossible to access or modify the actual sounds.
3. the lightsaberdamage is controled through the .combo file it uses. it determinates the damage seperately for every attack.

as i said, the healthtype is in the units odf, if it isnt, its in the parent odf.
units dont die in space though, even though it would be logical if they did. because you arent able to "enter" space with a unit it didnt need to be implemented.

I think he is referring to Polis Massa, in which case changing the health type to droid should solve the problem.
