Map Not Working...Affecting Gameplay

Ok, here's what happened. My game was working just fine. Then I munged my map. I went to the Menu and clicked "Start Game". It took the game about 3 - 4 minutes to get from there to the screen for loading the game (not a map). Then it was on the loading screen for about 5 minutes. When it finally finished. I went to my new map and opened it. There were no cps and it was completely black (even with freecam). I double-checked ZE for cps but they were there. :?

Here's what my map is like:

1)CW Assault Space Map

2)Capital Ships placed in normal places

3)Rep frigate deleted; CIS frigate moved very far away from venter

4)Map terrain extended from 256x256 to 1024x1024

5)Used Rep capital OBG created and added 2nd capital ship; deleted entire interior (including hangar, cps, vehicle spawns, etc) and ship placed at a tilted angle

6)Used CIS capital OBG created and added 2nd capital ship; deleted entire interior (including hangar, cps, vehicle spawns, etc.

7)Lots of Dragonum's new models:

a)Invisible Hand (using only the parts included in his obg)
b)Hangarless Venanator (using only parts included in obg)
c)Recuscant
d)Munificent

8)New Lucrehulk Coreship [forget who made it, it was recently] (not sure if this is in map. The map is so large its hard to tell whether its there or not without searching for a long time.

Any suggestions? :|

Have you tried a complete clean and then remunged?

I don't really have any clue what might cause that; maybe memory issues with all those huge models?

Try changing the terrain size to 512x512 and see if it works for you.
I have all of Dragonums models and my Lucrehulk in my test space map with a terrain size of 512x512 and it works fine.

Wow!!! 1024x1024???

1-That's a resource hog. Bigtime -- If your map had even ran it probably would have crashing problems after a minute or two
2-It's HUGE. 512x512 maps are massive. Trust me when I say nobody should ever need more than that.

Sorry if that sounds bold. Just getting the point across :P

The distortion between ZE and the real game is incredible, but I was making the terrain bigger so I could have extra capital ships in the background to add to the feeling of a massive battle without having to use those cheapo objects from Space Coruscant Campaign 8) The ships were flying through each other! :roll:
