my game is now MIA (FIXED)

Post by Penguin »

its not working, it dies just after the lats loading dot on startup, same with the modtools

i just created a map and put all the space .odf and .msh files in it, did alot of retexturing work no the republic ships, then munged and tried to play the game when it died

EDIT: removed the map and my game works, now to find out what in the map crashes my game on start up

Your map causes the game to crash before the game even finishes starting up??? Yow, that's a new one.

I would guess it has something to do with the addme script. To the best of my knowledge, the addme script is the only map-related thing run at game startup. Everything else is usually done during map load.

A bad addme will indeed crash the game on startup.
