XSI is 3d moddeling program. People use it to add new objects or vehicles to battlefront. You are probably looking for the unsupported mod tools which are available here

Someone, could you avoid these "cries" ?... IT IS ANNOYING, ISN'T IT ?...
NO, I WANT XSI!!!
You can get an XSI version which can export objects for SWBF if you pay for it... The free version - XSI Mod Tools - can't make such a thing...
