It seems that I might need to delete some AA guns I set up with the object tool, and the destructible Kamino consoles......... It might be the fog-things I placed with the object tool.

*note* this is a different map than my Dual Pistol Map. Different problem.

It looks like an effect is missing (waterspout) and the Kamino consoles have too many damage effects.

What's a water spout? I did try and place "fog" effects with the object placement tool. (Don't really know how to get the fog on the ground) I have deleted the concles and the fog, and am munging right after my current Munge is done.

The name of an effect that the game can't find. Obviously something is trying to use that effect, and it isn't being loaded in your map.

I sorta' meant what does it do? If it's a fountain of water, or if it is coupled with the fog (i.e. it spews the "fog" out), etc.

*edit* I deleted the fog and consoles and re-Munged, but it's still looking for the water spouts.........

A water spout is basically a tornado above the surface of water.

Then why on earth does the program what one? I have no water on the map.. I think... I even clicked the "delete all water" button......

And that's relevant to the topic at hand... why?

The problem is the game is looking for an effect called "waterspout" and can't find it. Look through your map's object odfs (especially fountains and things of a similar nature) for any references to a "waterspout" effect and comment them out. I'm not 100% sure this is even what's causing the problem, but it never hurts to try.

EDIT: Oh, wait, forget what I said about searching object odfs and commenting the line out. The waterspout effect can be found in the BF1 Kashyyyk effects folder. Just copy that over to your map's effects folder.

@ everyone: Thanks for the help. :wink: (I hadn't hear the term "waterspout" in such a long time I forgot it was a water tornado. :roll: )
