I would like to beta, and I have made a couple maps, though none of them have been released. However, feel to free to say no, I realize i don't have the most amazing reason why I should be allowed to.

You have been keeping up with this topic for a while, and since you have had some experience of mapping and therefore don't fall in the noob category, I think I want you test. Okay guys, the beta is pretty much closed now, unless for some reason a veteran mapper wants to test in which case they can go right ahead. I've got a fairly major sound issue holding me back from sending everyone the beta, so I will try and resolve that as soon as I can.
In the meantime, delta578 is working on another trailer that I will share with all of you when it is finished.
Testers- keep an eye on your pm's this week, I may have it sooner or later than expected.

Ok, sorry for the double post, but I wanted to update u guys on the map.
Thanx to the ausome help of the beta testers, I have made significant improvements to the map.
First of all, almost everyone reported that the sniper scope was hard to see through, so I made it about four-hundred precent more transparant and came up with this:
I also made the buildings closer together, decreased all the weapons damge by at least half so they are no longer 1shot 1kill but more like 4shot 1kill, made the lighting brighter, straightened the roads so that they all line up perfectly, added more props to the side of the road, added radar consoles and computers to the police bunker/ mobile command centre, reskinned the other scope so it is also much easier to see through, made the zombies in greater number, but less powerful than the Nat. Guard, trippled the length of time that the Zombie DM lasts (It didn't last longer than a couple minutes originally) and I'm on my way to fixing the floating icons.
Since the map will be released soon, possibly next weekend!

Nice job with the scope Elfie, just a suggestion maybe make it green instead of blue (this is more of a personal preference though) since night vision is always green.

Okay, fixed the scope up a bit, don't know if its worse or better, here is a pic:
Better? Worse?
And...greaet news!! I fixed the floating hud icons...all 15 of them!
Here is a pic to prove it:
And I localized mostly everything. Once I am 100% finished with localizing this map is pretty much finished. I plan to release it this month.

The scope looks great. Everything else seems great, but remember don't put the gameplay as 2nd priority keep it as your top priority.

the scope looks better, but the outline should be even, it looks a bit painted rightnow

Okay guys, I'm about 99.9% done with the map. I finished fixing all hud icons, sharpened up the sky and made it look cooler(You can see that in the screenshot below)
For the second time I've reskinned the RPG to make it look more real, changed the planning in zombie mode so that the AI don't start running away from the battle, fixed close to every weapons effect so that they show up (The AI weapons always do. If the player effects a.k.a your effects don't you just have to restart your game). I Localized everything, too. Sooo, it's pretty much done. By the time FF gets back up I should be done with it. Here are some screenshots for ya:

Sky looks really low pixelated and doesnt fit in with the nighttime enviornment.
But thats just my opinion.

Really? You guys don't like the sky? I thought it looked better, but hey I guess it's just me. At least I removed the copyright date from the bottom, lol. Its really probably a 45 minute job, 30 to dice up a picture of it and get a texture, and 15 to lay out the texture, but I'm being really lazy about it lol. I'll try to have it done tomorrow or by Monday, is that ok?
