1.2 patch type mod
Hello anyone I need help I am not sure how to make a mod like the 1.2 patch that just changes what the units look like, I would like to make it by my self for my self (I am would like to use it for my new swbf2 movie) any help or ideas please post thanks.

Make a side with a 3 letter name.
Once it has been munged put it in lvl_pc/side
Open mission.lvl in a hex editor
If you side's units have the same names as regular units just replace where it says (shipped sidename.lvl with yoursidename.lvl
To get to a certain map use search for ***1c_con
***=first three letters of map name.

It worked thanks ,What I did was just take the imp.lvl and impshell.lvl and put them in my main side folder ( I made sure to bake them up) as for the skin I just renamed it from imp_inf_nova_trooper to imp_inf_trooper I am still not sure how to change the name ingame.
