He is saying that there is a client patch that you can download and run that will make the Star Wars Battlefront 2 Servers reappear and it will feel like GameSpy never shut down the servers at all! I already accomplished this a week or two back but made a tutorial video recently on how to get the servers back the way he is talking about!

I would say he just did not know the 'End of bf2 multiplayer' topic here so he may thought we didn't know how to fix the gamespy shut down.
